Jim Baker has over thirty years experience in the construction business. You might say that he comes by his skills and love of construction naturally: he grew up on a farm working hard with his 11 siblings, six of whom work today in construction! After graduation, Jim worked for fifteen years in the retail lumber market. Working his way up in the industry, he grew to know every aspect of the lumber business, and honed his skills at accurately calculating the cost of construction projects and applying a realistic budget process. Jim learned early on the importance of estimating accurately, then bring projects in on time and on or under budget. His career advanced to management positions, which ultimately led to his relocation from native West Virginia to North Carolina.

Victor Stello, III, began his building career as an apprentice in Potomac, Maryland and moved to North Carolina in the 1980's. He established his framing business in Greenville in 1989, before moving to Wilmington in 1992. Stello Construction has built homes in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties. Victor has an outstanding reputation for his building capabilities and exhibits remarkable leadership, with a conscientious effort to perform professional, high quality work.
